We accept returns on unworn, unwashed (tags must be attached), and non-damaged product for a full refund within 3 days of you receiving your order.

We offer two easy return options:
  1. Return item(s) for In-Store Credit (less any shipping fees on original order) and we pay return shipping2.
  2. Return item(s) for Full Refund (less any shipping fees on original order) and you pay return shipping2. Refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
  3. Customers who received FREE SHIPPING on their order will have a small fee of $10.00 deducted from the store credit/credit card amount issued for their returned item(s).
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business day after we have received your return. Items returned to us that have been worn, washed, or do not have tags attached will not qualify for a refund.

If your item has a defect: 

Even though we inspect each garment before we ship to your order, we may have missed a defect.

Contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order. If possible please include one or more pictures of the damage garment along with your order number.

Defects include such things as:
- Incorrect sewing resulting in overlapping fabric, bunching, or missed seam.
- Holes, tears, or rips in the sewn seams.
- Uneven lengths in the leg of more than 1.5" where it is easily noticeable.
- Stain or ink runs on the material.
- Zippers broken, missing buttons.

Once we have received your RMA, we may ask that you ship the item(s) back to us at our expense.

Sale and Clearance items:

All sale and clearance items are final sale. NO Exceptions. Items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping to ensure there are no defects present.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen parcels or incorrect mailing addresses.

Cancelling an order that is picked and packaged, but not shipped, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Things to consider:

1 For hygienic reasons, under garments (i.e. Bandeaus) and Masks are final sale and cannot be returned (Defect warranty still applies).

2 When returning an item for refund, any earned KISS Reward Points will be deducted accordingly from your original order.

3 Offer applies to Retail Customers only.

4 Sale and Clearance Items are excluded from this offer.
