A. KISS My Legs offers their Retail customers free shipping to anywhere in Canada or the United States on any single order totaling $99.00 and up(before taxes).
We also offer flat-rate shipping on any single Retail order under $99.00 (before taxes).
Our orders are shipped by Carrier, best rate (Retail and Wholesale). Shipment times - though they can vary - average 2-6 business days in Canada from the date your parcel is accepted. We do not charge any extra fees for handling.
Distributors (Stylists): You pay exactly what the Carrier charges us to deliver your package!

**Distributors (Stylists) - Shipping charges are not added to your invoice during checkout. We will let you know what the fees are once we have picked your order and weighed your parcel. We do it this way so we can get a very accurate weight.

A. Of course. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. Orders can generally be picked up during the week.

- We treat you like you are part of our family. We are invested with you along your journey.
- We constantly compare our prices with other Legging companies to ensure our prices are competitive (Most of the time we are quite a bit lower in price). In fact, our prices are usually cheaper than the competition by $1 - $3 per item! We do not make you sign a contract and you do not have to purchase a set amount (quanity) of product (or Dollar amount) from us each month (*But the more you buy the more you save!).

A. No. You do not need to create a customer account before you can order from us.
You do have the option to create an account at Checkout though, and it is encouraged to do so.
An active account is helpful if you want to earn KISS Reward Points, review past orders, track an order, etc.
A. That is because our product line is always changing. Sometimes - when an item sells out - we chose not to and/or cannot restock it. This means any reviews that were left on this item will not be visible as we do not show items that are Out of Stock (we do not believe in bloating our site with products you can not purchase.)

- Distributors (Stylists) - (Canada and US): You pay exactly what Canada Post charges us to deliver your package! Fees charged are in CDN funds. We may substitute which shipping carrier (Canada Post, CanPar, Loomis, etc.) we use as we shop around to get you the lowest price to ship your package.
